Laws of the Game
- friendly, "non-competitive", and enjoyable for everyone!
- teams will be selected with the aim of creating "balanced" teams; if it is found that teams are uneven, some players "will switch" (all players will bring a white and a dark shirt)
- games will be approximately two hours in duration and ended after a very beautiful Golden Goal (or two pretty good Silvers)
- all players will take care not to cause injury
- non-contact!! that is, no slamming at ankles, no pushing, no aggressive charging at others, etc (and you can keep your arms down)
- all players are given somewhat equal share of the play regardless of skill level
- the more-skilled players will support-less skilled players
- passing is an essential part of the game of football; ball hogging is not permitted
- hardish shots are permitted, sure, but "blasting" super-hard shots is not permitted; over the past few years it has been proven that 99% of "blasted" shots either miss the net by a freakin mile or hit someone; moreover, blasting the ball and missing the net forces us to have to go chase the ball... and this disrupts the flow of the game
- if the ball is blasted out of play, the blaster must chase the ball (although Zach never ever has to chase the ball)
- all players will be encouraged and welcomed to participate in after game socials, "away" games, charity events, lodge meetings, and so forth
- any EWFC member/player who wins the lottery (or otherwise comes into a loud of money) must purchase a football pitch for exclusive EWFC use.
Founding members are those who began playing with EWFC from the start (and have continued to play and socialize regularly). (Alex, Nigel, Charlotte, Tuffy, Neil, Larry, Zach, Adam, Melisa, Mellisa)

EWFC CHARITY
The Every Wednesday Football Club will engage in philanthropic events in order to raise funds and support specific areas of charity work.
This may take the form of volunteering in the community, making contributions to charities, or organizing events (e.g., a charity football tournament) and donating proceeds to a charitable organization.
